Hey there, you can't unlink an account without authenticating it, and you can't authenticate a banned account. Unfortunately that means nothing can be done, Bungie won't unlink accounts.

I can provide all the data from the linked account, its login is my mail. For what reason are you depriving me of the right to play on the console that is convenient for me? Why should I leave an account in which a lot of effort has been invested, including my money.
