Can you check in your Roster Preferences in-game to see if you have disabled Cross Play? When disabled, matchmaking will take significantly longer. The Roster Preferences are located in the Roster screen at the bottom. It's the same location where you change your Fireteam privacy, such as closed, invite only and public.

I checked both cross-play as well as the 120hz mode for Crucible. I disabled and enabled them both together and separately to see if it would help. Unfortunately it didn't.
