So can EVERY CLASS now, including in PvP (which is an absolute travesty). The post makes clear the Grenade-proccing Devour which was nerfed into oblivion.

The fragment that grants Devour only activates from picking up orbs or void breeches. Only Feed the Void can grant the initial activation with any void ability kills (grenades, melees, supers, volatile explosions).
