The flinch is a little too much everyone says what do you think about the flinch?

I thinks it’s fine. I run 90-100 res and 1 unflinching mod. The only era where I thought the flinch was too much was during the auto rifle meta, before the sniper flinch reduction and before resilience/stability decreased flinch.

2 guys will hit you making you flinch out of 4 are you able to kill 4 dudes with hds?

Of course not, it’s not reasonable to ask for less flinch so you can shoot through the flinch of 2 enemies shooting at you. In that situation, you are supposed to peak in/out of cover to kill enemies 1 at a time (again shoot first or have some unflinching stuff to handling some damage).

Not 2 at the same time pick killing one pick while shooting the other guy you are able to kill? And if the third does the same as the second are you able to kill them again?

Edited by BraddyBo: 3/22/2023 9:58:33 PMThe primary meta doesn’t matter anymore in regards to sniper flinch due to stability/resilience changes, if 600rpm auto meta returned it wouldn’t be as bad as the last time. If you want to be good at sniping then stick to 40-45 zoom, adaptive/aggressive archtype, 70+ resilience, 1 unflinching mod and don’t neglect stability. And obviously practice.

Bro they can just fix it with fixing a little the flinch and noone will complain what is this i have to put 5 things so i can say that the flinch is better just fix it a little and all good

If you become a really good sniper then none of that stuff is needed, just shoot first and take flinch out of the equation.

Bro i cant shoot first all the time some times you have to be able to control at least a little the flinch and dont look at the sky

I shoot first in most of my fights. If i’m -blam!- enough to not move and shoot again after missing and getting shot at then that’s where flinch reduction comes in. Reducing flinch even more without having to invest in it will make sniping way too easy.

Edited by BraddyBo: 3/22/2023 10:22:49 PMI’m a very aggressive sniper which is the reason i only use lower zoom snipers so I have the ability to snipe at closer ranges. I’ll even pre-aim a little high before shooting then hit crouch to line up the headshot and avoid damage.

Pre aiming and perfectly correcting your aim before you pick is not aggresive is just sniping sry

I’m gonna go now. It will be a long road for you but keep practicing then maybe you can become a good sniper and you get return to trials after quitting when bungie banned win trading.
