You did get a warning. It was a big box in the middle of the screen but you most likely skipped it in a rush to play.
This is how it works.
You lag and players report you. Once these reports have built up to a certain point your account is flagged for investigation by Bungie staff. This investigation found that you were lagging and ruining matches for others so issued you a stand alone warning.
You ignored this warning and continued playing ruining more matches and those players reported you. These built up again earning you a second investigation which caused Bungie to issue a second warning but this time added the 2 week pvp restriction.
Sort out your Internet as next time Bungie has to step in the warning comes with a 2 month pvp restriction.
Ps. There is more to your Internet than just up and down speeds. You also need to cover NAT, data loss rates, signal latency and jitter.

Swear to god I got zero warnings I think I would’ve noticed the warning because I got it a few months ago. I know there is more to connection than just download speed and nothing is out of ordinary other than my latency but i still have the issue listed before.

What confuses me is that there isn’t any reason my latency should be spiking to 300 randomly and it doesn’t do that in any other game.
