No lol, that's what mods are for. You shouldn't be given everything without building into it like you want. Why have mods at all if everything should just have low cooldowns. Know what? They should increase it just so you have to use the mods for it even more.

Agrees. The gripe is that the mod has a pidgeonhole effect on strand builds. Grappling is fun, and shackle grenades are good. Ergo, everyone with strand will use the fragment that reduces grenade cooldown. Whatever strand build you want to make, you might as well subtract a slot from the get go, because it's going to thread of generation.

I have 100 discipline that -blam!- takes a minute to recharge. We want to be able to swing around constantly….
