Hi there!
In regards to the crashing issue, please try disabling HDR and see if this mitigates the issue.
In regards to the players going invisible, Bungie is aware that this is occurring and they are investigating.
In regards to Jotunn not tracking consistently, the weapon is currently disabled due to an issue. Once it is re-enabled, can you please provide a video of the issue? A YouTube link would work best.
In regards to the error codes, can you please provide the error codes you are experiencing?

I don't record my game play nor do it know how to set it up. HDR is the issue? I will see, but isn't that why I have an expensive setup to play to the max capabilities. It's like closing the game every hour or so, to have a chance at using the commendation selection. What? Got what you are saying, but that's ridiculous and not a fix. It's what a DBA would say is a work-a-round. Because we don't know what is going on.

Bungie is aware of an increase in crashes when viewing Commendations. Some players have reported that disabling HDR mitigates the issue. You can use your console's game sharing functionality to record and share videos.
