I've been getting the "Chicken" error since yesterday in Destiny (Classic or 1)
As suggested in another thread I already cleared the console cache, restarted the router, Game deleted and downloaded again, I tried Ethernet/Wireless (5g and 2g), same Phone Hotspot
But it always throws the error Chicken - the connection to the Destiny character's servers has been lost
Given the amount of similar errors, I think Bungie could make a statement, don't you? If support for Destiny is going to end, they could at least inform.
And no, I don't want to play Destiny 2. I want to play Destiny 1. I paid for it, with all the expansions, I never played it, I want to play it.

1 ReplyThis is a known issue by Bungie. Has gone on a whole month or close to it. Earliest report I could find is Feb 8th. Bungie is aware of it but in the current state of how light fall has been received and the amount of bugs they’re solving there I don’t think a fix is coming very soon. Seems like they’re investigating and might fix it, but not guaranteeing an expected fix date. I don’t think support for d1 will end, there’s a lot of love for that game. Hence why people are posting about the chicken error so much, like myself.
