Disabling Cross Save incorrectly thinks I have purchased silver in the last 31 days
I wanted to disable my cross save to gain access to old characters on my Playstation. In the authentication process, it says that's I can't disable it on the Xbox platform due to purchasing silver recently and have to wait 31 days. I checked my purchase history on all my platforms and I saw that the last time I purchased any silver was Jan 6, 2023. This is over 2 months ago. Any chance I could get someone to look into this?

The silver purchase cooldown is 90 days, so that adds up.
