Hey there. The Lost Sector flag only appears for characters at the softcap of 1,750, not including the artifact power bonus. Is the character wearing 1,750+ gear? Your Hunter is just below it, your Warlock is well above currently but depending on your gear choice, may have ended up switching between above and below it, making it look like its appearance was bugged.
