PS5 Crashing during Vex Incursion
My game Crashed multiple times during Vex Incursions or The other event with the purple waypoints. Today tho it crashed the PS5 the hardware. After booting up a repair msg and a warning not to unplug the console showed, I am avoiding the hole patrol areas when those events are going on now until a fix is out

All that answered my question about Field of View had it at 105.
My Video settings for the game are on default now ( 75 FoV ) and I am not having crashes anymore. The gameplay feels terrible tho.
Ppl have told me that the quest that made the Vex drop collectibles ( motes like ) could have been the cause of it as well. Like the glimmer was making issues in the Garden.

March 16 and it's still happening. Was ok last week but update today seems to have triggered back to what was happening before. Can't screenshot or include video because of course the game crashed.

I am having crashing issues on PS5 as well. Crashed twice in under 30 minutes. This is ridiculous.

2 Repliessame for me and my fireteam on ps5. any time vex is around one of use three crashes, happens in vex incursions and the other events. Had a couple crashes in the stories as well but not many.

3 RepliesSame issue, crash frequently during the terminal overload public events, always seems to be on stage 2 when its the section with the vex, regardless of which day cycle it is (as the event rotates around the map). Also crash during the vex public event that drops exotics, which also occurs in the same location as the stage 2 of the public event. Maybe a coincidence, but i just have to sit way back away from everything during these phases hoping others can progress the stage.

4 Replieshaving the same issue. trying to do a side mission but i cant complete it if the game keeps crashing. if redownloading helps the issue, can someone please let me know. tia. also, is there a way to send a bug report over to bungie. or is the forums the best place?

Once where I was in orbit, just now while doing overload
