Pass season 20
Hi, I have preordered on PlayStation 4 the Lightfall DLC with the annual pass (that includes all 4 seasons and the dungeons right?), but when I log into the game I can’t take the rewards from the season 20 pass (the exotic bow) and it says that the season is not purchased and invites me to buy the silver (I can’t even play the seasonal content). I have no idea if it’s a bug or something is wrong with the payment, but I can play regularly the Lightfall campaign and take the master Rahool bonuses and the ornament of the preorder. Please Bungie or everyone that has my same problem can help me to find the problem?

1 ReplySame here. I have restored the licenses like the Bungie response stated to to do. I have also tried deleting the game and reinstalling, but still no pass. I even considered just buying the pass again so I can play the rest of the season activities that require the pass, but I get an error code that prevents me from buying silver.
