Same here, on Xbox series x. I did notice after trying for hours to fix it that when destiny updated, it actually had installed all the forsaken packs across all drives. I have an external ssd and hdd, so three total drives. It had only copied those files that seem to be causing the problem, not the base game or anything else. Very odd. I was able to eliminate the duplicates and get everything back to one ssd. Gonna try again.
