Hi there.
Xbox players experiencing issues making it to the login screen should work through the troubleshooting steps outlined in [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/262439850?sort=0&page=0]this thread[/url] and posted on our [url=http://twitter.com/BungieHelp]@BungieHelp twitter[/url].
We are continuing to investigate reports of players experiencing issues after working through these issues.
