I have been trying to cross save my characters from my xbox account to my Steam account I keep getting greeted with a loading screen telling me that its loading my cross save account data. This has been going for at least an hour and i have been trying multiple solutions to try and fix it. I have made sure my accounts were linked, tried using different browsers, tried making a character on my steam account since maybe the issue was a empty roster or something along with playing into the story and yet my efforts have been unsuccessful. If anyone has any information on what I could do to solve this problem I would greatly appreciate it.
