Greetings! Bungie cannot remove any accounts that are linked to your profile; there are no exceptions to this policy. It looks like you have set your Steam account as your active profile. If you wish to change it to switch to your Microsoft account, you'd have to disable Cross Save, wait the 90-day wait from doing so, then reactivating Cross Save, while being sure that your Microsoft account is set as the active. Note that you won't be able to disabled Cross Save if you have purchased Silver in the past 90 days.
