Would it be satisfactory if Bungie just reduced Hunters to nothing more than ambulatory ballistics gel? Perhaps make it so they only get a single gun, with a single clip, a meter that needs to recharge after sprinting, and a jump that can barely clear a height equivalent to a common household step.

It’s pointing out one exotic that’s too strong. You don’t have to make everything about the class you play.
