I am having the exact same issue with the exact same weapons, and none of the weapons that have counted were crafted during the time the season was active, I know this for certain because I didn't play at all that season. I have crafted all of them well after the season was over.

Also having an issue with a Vox Obscura triumph. It is saying I need to complete the activity on Master difficulty, but I have already done so which is evident in the fact that I have the catalyst and have completed it.

Another bit to add to this: Revision Zero catalyst triumph won't complete either. I have reshaped my first Revision Zero, completely crafted new ones and then added the catalyst, nothing has worked. I have a video of the whole process, just in case it is needed for any sort of "investigation". Just wish things would work.

I wish I knew the answer, my friend. I would like to get this resolved before the end of the season because all of these will then be locked. I won't hold my breath, however. The last time I had an issue like this it wasn't ever resolved and I simply lost out on the triumph and points.
