Why do I have to redownload the “installing destiny 2” in game?
I downloaded the “installing Destiny 2” update again after I installed and I was playing an hour ago. Why do I have to install this again after getting off for an hour? This is terrible. Please fix this soon

Was only able to actually play for a few hours Wednesday. I also tried completely uninstalling D2 and all add ons and re-installing it. Still can’t play the game without this happening. This is a crappy way to end the season while chasing triumphs.

I’m having the same problem every time I start the game up it’s asking me to reinstall update, 776mb. Plz sort this out bungee. It’s really enoying. I don’t wanna be doing this every time.

Fifth time in 2 days for me (seriesX) if the fix is "delete and reinstall" please tell me now so I can go do other things whilst it's redownloading.

Mine is taking foreeevvvveerrrr to download. I just checked my internet and it’s running 150mbps download, so why is the update downloading at .5mbps lol

Today was 738 mb (and I'm pretty sure it's been the same every day, but can't confirm that) and it moves at a remarkably slow pace until it's about halfway done, where it finishes almost instantly. If it matters, this is happening on Series X, but it's not happening to friends.

It just happened to me on my almost 5th win in trials. Kicked me out of Destiny and when I tried to get back in, reinstalled that thing. Smh
