Personally I don't think the present writing team really knows how to write the characters specifically introduced in D2.
Asher, Sloane and Vance were all very vaguely written out, Devrim and Failsafe haven't cropped up since Forsaken (not properly anyway).

You never made it to the reef? It's worth doing for a handful of reasons. The voice actor for Master Ives (cryptarch) is the same guy that plays Devrim Kay. Variks is there in his original form. And Petra Venj. Well, let's just say she isn't wrapped up in a modesty scarf in D1.

I did think that the Nezarec tea was dumb since it came as far as I know out of nowhere, but reading the real world thing they based it off of was interesting.

I don't mind some interpersonal drama in my sci-fi but this has become very soap opera. It needs to look at how the Expanse marries the two.

We need more destiny 2 drink names These are honestly hilarious I know you’re complaining about the writing and I totally agree that we need more sci-go and less soap opera But these drinks are great Just don’t spread it around too much Incase bungie sees them and starts making brands about them I don’t want to see any taken tea or bray beer in my local shop
