Xbox voice chat issue
I can't hear anyone else who is on Xbox through voice chat. I can hear other people on other consoles and pc, but no one who is on Xbox. I use an Xbox X/S and an Astro A20 wireless headset. Does anyone know why this might be happening, or a possible fix for the issue?
Edit: a microphone shows up for everyone except those on Xbox, they have the little mute/no mic symbol by their name

1 ReplyI had the same issue on Xbox one s. This is what I did to fix it; go to settings and press volume and audio output then press audio testing and details and reset audio settings then restart your Xbox.
