Have you ruled out problems on your end. Have you... Done a search for that error code on Bungie.net or the Destiny app to bring up a help guide. Done a full Internet diagnostic looking for issues mainly data loss which is the cause of that error code. Done the basic reset of your router and then cleared your system's cache to refresh your Internet connection. Are you using WiFi as they are subject to interference.

    I have been researching a similar issue. For some reason I am getting mixed results for my NAT status. I have traversed the Bungie Networking guide /Advanced and multiple Command Line walkthroughs to re-set everything, un-installs, re-installs router resets and no joy. D2 in-game shows Open NAT, xBox Console on PC shows Terdeo is blocked and 100% data loss. D2 running on my xBox shows Open NAT with 100% data loss. Since I see so many others having similar issues, I am thinking there is an issue with the Teredo server and I really didn't need the new $180 router. I mean, it's nice and all... Is there a (mostly) safe tool, that you are aware of, that will diagnose my network gaming setup? I am running out of ideas.
