Cross save Silver restriction
I recently made a mistake during the cross save set up process. I picked the wrong account as the active one, no now my game shoes no progress in the game as a new light since I’ve never played on PSN before coming from Xbox. Deactivating this should resolve the issue but because I bought silver on my Xbox account the system says I need to wait another 56 days before I can deactivate it. Is there really nothing else I can do to remedy my mistake? I’m going to miss lightfall which I took the week off. Am I really supposed to just put my controller down for 2 months? I can’t be the only person who’s made this mistake that’s crazy. Someone on Twitter said this exact thing happened to him and he submitted a ticket and bungie fixed it in 3-4 days. I’d love for that to happen but I’ve been told already there’s nothing that can be done? How was he able to get it fixed but I can’t?

1 ReplySeveral of us gave you the proper answer 16 hours ago in your 1st post. You cannot bypass the 56 days. You must wait till it runs out.

bungie used to have a form to fix this but it was taken advantage of. now bungie does not swap active cross save accounts. your only choice is to wait out what's left of the 90 day silver cool down
