Completed my new favorite dungeon solo this morning and didn't receive The Magnificent One triumph. Please halp.

Ether used a checkpoint or you error coded/black screened Solo triumph requires one single playthrough, from fresh to finish, without error coding/black screen->respawning/orbiting
