I've tried watching optimization videos but it still hasn't fixed the issue.

Edited by ObelyskTheKnyght: 1/31/2023 5:38:06 AMI have been having the same issues. Currently on my PC, my frame rate constantly dips up and down, and usually stays around 70-85fps. Now, I'm comparing this to when I last played D2 on PC last year when Beyond Light came out, and I had zero/hardly any frame rate drops. It also happens to me especially when I'm in destinations, PVE activities, etc.

I had the same issue as you, I had to reset my shader cache on my amd software and it fixed it. try it for your nvidia software
