I can’t join any fire teams in the app
I can’t join any fire teams in the app. It just says “character required to join”. But when I click on my profile my characters are clearly there. My main account was on stadia but ATM i m online on x box correctly (crossave activated ).
Help thanks!

1 ReplySame for me, was Stadia player and cross saved to PS. Since Bungie wants a "proper" format, here it Bungie! PLATFORM: PlayStation (Legacy Stadia Player with Cross Save) ISSUE: cannot use LFG functions after app update; states "Any Platform Character Required" REPRO STEPS: download newest app update on 1/18/23, be a legacy Stadia player with cross save enabled, and try to do a fireteam search. Once an LFG is found, click to join. Will not be able to with message of "Any Platform Character Required" in place of expected "Join Fireteam" ACTUAL RESULT: Cannot join a fireteam EXPECTED RESULT: Would be able to join a fireteam

Same issue here, Stadia originally but cross save set up well over a year ago and playing on PS5. Cleared cached, updated databases, didn't work, then deleted and re-installed the app and still no joy.

So glad and sad at the same time that ex stadia players experience the same problem as me. I'll stay tuned here for a fix. Keep bringing this thread up please

I have same problem. Shame its during first GM week I wanted to farm some GM's with lfg but I can't. I mainly play on playstation and even choose playstation when I loggin on website but for some reason my account was always stadia because it's where I originally play for a few days when I wanted to try stadia out.

I've only been on Xbox and Playstation.
