  • Oh, sorry I made a mistake. Anyway, I'm losing the lightfall release and the entire Seraphim season because of this restriction. Which is pretty cruel . I unlinked the psn of the characters by mistake and now I can't get what I paid for

  • Unfortunately, the cooldown for reactivation cannot be bypassed. Your options would be to either play using new characters on the platform you paid for the content on (until the 90days lapses) or play on PSN with your existing characters.

  • But I don't have a PS anymore, how do I play on a platform that I don't have? For 3 years I played on the PC and bought all the addons there. Why can't they let me link the characters? The agreement says that this is supposedly a protection against fraud, but if so, I can prove it calmly prove that this is my bungee account, steam and psn. Because of this strange restriction, I lose the entire season that I paid for+ I'm losing the lightfall release. Yes, I can start playing on an EMPTY account, but my progress will not be transferred anywhere as a result after reconnecting.It is important to me that the progress is on MY account and on MY characters. How can I argue for losing content? Understand, I really love this game and I want to continue playing it, but I can't because of strange restrictions. I've already waited a month, at least shorten the waiting period. I am a veteran of this game and have played it for a total of more than 5000 hours, can I really not continue playing the game because of this stupid mistake I made? I wouldn't be so offended if the last season and the dungeon hadn't been deleted with the release of lightfall. But all content will be deleted. I will lose all remaining content, dungeons, lightfall release and seals.Please enter the position. I can prove absolutely everything that this is my account, that I did not intend to commit any strange machinations with this. I just want to play this game and that's it.Is 30 days really a short waiting period?Please help me with this

    What are you on about stadia refunded everyone who bought something there, you say you played on it there for a few years. https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/12790109?hl=en So dont lie and act like you are loosing -blam!- you got your money back for literally everything. Lets get the facts right You want this period to be reduced so you can play the season and lightfall sooner. Just be honest and dont lie..... you already got found out that you aren’t losing your characters and will get access to them when the period is over, as well Stadia refunded all your purchases. You clearly are losing nothing, you just messed up and came here lying saying “oh im losing my characters” then “oh im losing the content i paid for” Except you aren’t...

They have lost nothing and have the ability to purchase all content again with their refund. And as you have pointed out they have their characters What they want is the period to be reduced so they can link their account to the correct place and purchase the DLCs again and play Lightfall on release instead of waiting

  • That is not a question I can answer. Bungie and their legal/risk teams did their evaluation and determined that is the time they need to mitigate risk. It is noted and warned in several placed both before and during the deactivation process to help reduce the chance of not being informed of the cool down.
