account deactivation/unlinking
I'm in the military and I train all the time, I came back from a field op to my steam account being banned with no appeal and without me knowing why. I'm trying to figure out if sense my Xbox account was linked to my steam through bungie but I wasn't running my game through my Xbox account, if my Xbox account was also banned. And if not how i unlink the two cause I've tried for the last our authenticating that I want to do so and it just doesn't work.

1 ReplyIn order to unlink an account, you first have to disable cross save and/or unlink accounts, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. I would suggest contacting the platform concerning recovering the platform account. If you are unable to gain access to your account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.
