Hi there. The Triumph requires completing the dungeon in a single run. You cannot leave and come back to a checkpoint or be disconnected / black screened. Your most recent run shows you completed it from a checkpoint.

Hi, thank you for the reply. That is true, my connection did time out as I took a break between encounters, but the triumph itself makes no mention of a requirement to complete them all in one run, only to complete each encounter solo. My feedback to the team would be to add this detail in the future.
