I just got the same thing on my first launch today. I'm on Xbox One X.
Played for 6+ hours yesterday with no disconnections, but did get a hard freeze - crash in Gambit on my Warlock.
And my solar Hunter kept exploding and dying for no rational reason playing yesterday. Used my Blade Barrage and died instantly. Very very weird.
PS: Very good bug report. I'm a 30+ year software hardware developer and that covers everything nicely.
