Seraph Server Issues

ps5. no hardware, software, isp changes over the past few months, and no major network issues until recently. started around launch of seraph, happens infrequently but more often when swapping gear in active menu. not sure if it's happening with a select group, but there's little to no info atm...

    holy f****** s***... its even worst somehow. i've been disconnected during/after trials games. wins not recorded plus 30 min timeout. what the hell did u do bungie? i have NEVER experienced this kind of server issues, ever. whether i'm hardlined to the modem, open nat, forwarded ports dmz'd on the router, nothing makes a difference- not that it should since none of this was an issue before seraph. this is insufferable. at least have the decency to disclose the changes made so that we're not feeling gaslit and have some info to work w ffs

  • I've had much the same problem, happened less before this season but picked up in frequency after Seraph launched. Happens a few other occasions than just swapping gear as well. Steam, no changes to my ISP on my end either. Made a post about it the other week, best guess anyone had is either the main servers are having problems connecting to people/overloaded, or my ISP is routing poorly to the server.

  • D2 has been having server issues the past 2-3 days. Its resulted in more error coding that they're looking into https://twitter.com/BungieHelp/status/1606018949912875008

    Maybe some other device is causing an issue on your network with your ps5 when both are connected. Prior to Seraph were you actively playing ? Also, what do you mean by select group? like seraph items? Does your location matter like in the tower or on a planet? Did it happen after grouping up with friends or after a match making activity? Maybe your router has an issue with management. give it a reboot or check if it needs an update
