Replying once again because someone pointed out a possibility that is worth asking, especially as a Free to Play player: [B]As shown on your website that F2P players get a Free Trial of the seasonal activity - is the implication, with the information in this reply, that the intro mission Heierarchy *is* the Free Trial?[/b] If true, then that makes sense, but I will point out that it was poorly communicated. Every other Free Trial I've run has been presented as a short (usually 3 part) questline delivered *after* the introductory mission. This was even true in the previous season for the Ketchcrash activity. My empassioned previous reply was based off of this information and previous experiences as the established norm. Clarity is much appreciated but, either way there is still a bugged questline to deal with.

[/b] I do know my limitations with not having paid for the season pass, I've been playing seasonal content "A la carte" for some time now and the experience has always been that we've been able to at least try the Seasonal Activity once. Bungie has always advertised this, and it has always worked (Included a screenshot of this current season from Bungie.net) I was able to do Ketchcrash, I was able to do Battle Grounds, I was able to do Empire Hunts - all even though I did not purchase those seasons. [B]Myself and many other players, have not been able to play the seasonal content because it is locked behind obtaining this quest. Not being able to obtain "More Than A Weapon" means not being able to participate in the seasonal content *at all* [/b] [u]This effects both Free to Play Players, [i]as well as Paid Season Pass Holders. [/i] [/u] [U]I could purchase the season pass but, based off of what I have seen of others' experiences, that still might not even matter because of this bug.[i] So I am not going to buy this season until I know it is fixed[/i].[/u] Forgive the tone this might give off, but it has also been frustrating to see so many threads where mods and helpers like yourself seem to have misunderstood the issue, and continue leaving many players in the dark, feeling helpless, and like they've wasted their money. The holidays are here and everyone is doing their best, and we thank you for the diligence. Keep looking. I'll relinquish control to my own damn account (to a trusted source obvs) if I have to, but please keep looking.
