Here’s the deal. Most people accept and understand unexpected problems in networking happens. But what’s frustrating is bungie has consistent networking issues. It’s always something. Users upgrade the equipment and the cost that goes with it, to keep all their devices connected with minimal problems/fuss. I play 3 -4 different online games. You realize bungie is the only one I have connectivity issues with. The only one. It is obvious bungie doesn’t care enough to get ahead out in front of the problem. Proactive. If I didn’t enjoy the game I wouldn’t make posts. We pay for the content and if I’m paying 99 dollars. There are a lot of us paying 99 dollars. What is it you are failing to put into practice and understand. There’s really no reason to have constant consistent networking issues. Like I said, out of the 3-4 games I play. bungie D2 is the only one with reoccurring network problems. Who is allocating the money? It’s clear the networking department isn’t seeing any of it. Or the ongoing network issues would mostly be minimal at best. You have the rights to ping the connection because it’s your game. But your automated ping protocols are messed up. Address it with the intention to fix it. No band aids. Please do it right.
