I've been experiencing this bug for months now. Im on XBX and whenever I join a LFG or play in crucible etc almost everyone is muted. I haven't got them on a blocked list or anything of the sorts. And others in the group can hear them. It’s the white circle with the diagonal line going through next to their name. This has been happening since half way through last season and is a huge issue when trying to do anything in Destiny. When/How can this get fixed?
