Platform: Steam, while using a standard PS4 controller
Issue: With the full auto setting turned on, when I will hold down the trigger on my controller most of the time only a single burst/round will leave the gun. I have experienced this with pulse rifles, sidearms, and hand cannons. I experience this issue only when using a controller and the full auto setting. I do not have any problems when using my mouse & the full auto setting or when using my controller and the full auto mod. I've never had this issue is season prior when using the full auto mod.
Repro Steps:
1. Fire off some rounds
2. Reload
3. Fire the weapon just before the reload animation is done. Or hold the fire button during the reload. Also, if you pull the trigger quickly vs gradually, it is almost guaranteed to jam.
4. The gun may or may not have "jammed".
5. The bug will randomly disappear if you keep pushing and holding the fire button.
Actual result: Fires off one round or burst
Expected result: Full auto fire

Notes:
- Most reliable contributing factor to the issue is pulling the trigger all the way down quickly.
- In the video clip, I show that the full auto setting is on and the weapon starts without the full auto mod and jams many times. I then swap to the full auto mod to show that the issue isn't present.

1 ReplyWere you using a pulse? I noticed it when I was and have seen posts that seem to lead that way.

I'm on steam, same issues with Xbox controller.

1 ReplyI'm experiencing the same exact behavior on an Xbox Series X with a Standard Xbox Controller. Works flawlessly when I use the full auto mod, I experience the issue in OPs post when using the global full auto setting.
