Error codes on website when trying to go to profile and new user set up
I was logged in when I was trying to view my profile and I also tried to click on set up new profile and I ran into these two messages. After that I was prompted to log back in even though I am logged in. I have also noticed there has been an increase in being prompted to back in since the new season started yesterday. Lastly I have been signed up on Bungie for a couple of years and have set up my profile. Am I supposed to be seeing new set up, set your new account even though I have done that and have been on the website for awhile? Thanks for your help and time, have a nice day ^^

1 ReplyThat extra 'set up your account' when you view open the menu by clicking your icon while on a profile page is an error; you can ignore it. Trying to use it may cause issues. It's been there since at least halfway through last season, but it's usually only visible when you open the menu while on a profile page on Bungie.net (it can be someone else's profile or your own profile page). Usually it just sends people to the registration benefits page if their profile is already set up. With all that being said, again, you can simply ignore it. If you've already set up your profile settings, you don't need to do so again.
