matched giantsnowflakes and didnt get the bungie bounty emlbem pls help

Today is January 13th, 2023. It's been months now and I still don't have an emblem. I opened a ticket and received an answer about 1 month ago that they congratulated me and my emblem will be activated. To this day I have nothing and get no answer to my email. does anyone here know anything that might help?
