My exotic would be called "Whineing Willie" When fired it's make a Whaahhhh! Sound and when it's hits a Whinelock in PvP it'd be a one shot kill and would instantly delete that character from the players game. This needs to happen, it should already be a thing. I dunno what's taking Bungo so long to get this out.
