How to remove an old account that i dont have
Hey guys. What im asking might be pointless, but from a sanity plea, i am hoping someone can help. I bought the Series X a few weeks back, and was looking to link my new Xbox account to my bungie playstation account. I have not owned an xbox since the 360, and havent used the account since then, i have been playing D2 on the ps4. I cant unlink my account though because microsoft locked the account since it hasnt been used in so long, and i dont have enough info to fill out the form to unlock it. Is it possible for someone here to unlink my dead account so i can link my new one? Or am i going to have to start over, and there is no way of linking my playstation account to my new xbox profile?

1 ReplySorry but no. To remove a account you need to authenticate it. As the authentication system is there for security reasons Bungie will not bypass it for any reason.
