Cannot change linked PlayStation account
I have an active PlayStation account linked to my main account (to which i login using stadia), I want to change said Playstation account to a different one, but the website won't let me. When I hit: disable cross-save the only option I got is to verify the old account. No way to permanently remove it and add a new...
I was playing D2 on stadia, now that that's going and I cannot link an account to do cross-save all my progress will be lost... please help

1 ReplyTo add or remove accounts set up via cross save, the need to be authenticated. Only the account owners can do this. If you don't remember the login information, then you need to work with that platforms support team to regain access.
