If it was more than a hour then it was not a pvp suspension. Sounds more like a pvp restriction. This was issued not for leaving matches but for lag ruining matches for others. These reported you and earned you a investigation by Bungie staff. They found reason to issue you a stand alone warning. Be it for whatever reason (ignorance or skipping the message in a rush to play) you ignored this warning and carried on playing ruining more matches for others who again reported you and earned you a second investigation. Again this investigation found reason to issue a warning but this time a 2 week pvp restriction was added as incentive for you to fix the issue. You again most probably skipping the warning message again. The leaving matches due to "weasel" errors points to you having Internet issues which you need to fix. Next time Bungie has to step in the warning comes with a 2 month pvp restriction.
