Bungie is and has been in easy coasting mode while they are working on multiple games. No reason what so ever that there should not be modes like this. No exotics mode Primary only modes Etc… If bungie is “concerned” about population numbers, start smaller with 3 v 3 modes that are not as popular….. Things like this, I feel, would attract more players back into PvP if they were to find a mode that is fun for them.
