I was hoping for a constructive comment, but oh well, we can't all get what we want. First, there are plenty of reasons why you might join an LFG team without being fully prepped. - Speed. Because it's better to accept an invite and get in the pool with the rest of the guardians while you're getting ready. - Memory. Sometimes you don't know exactly how you need to prep because you're doing a difficulty of something that you don't have memorized. - Memory, again. Once you join a fireteam you're locked out of being able to look up descriptions in the Director, so you can't double-check whether or not you loaded the right breaker mods, frex. - If you can listen but you can't talk and you join a team doing content that needs people to bring a specific layout. - Not everyone plays the same way you do. When I grab people from LFG, it'd make it a ton easier if they could just flag 'ready!' instead of me having to guess that they did everything right the first time. It's fine if you want to do things your way in your fireteams, but it's not really relevant to what I'm discussing here.
