Ok. Prove it. You are 100% wrong. Hitting a crit with the knife refunds your class ability as of the start of last season.

I don't believe it is related to precision shots as the weighted knife once was. Or it was expanded to allow the other melee types under these conditions.

In addition, the melee charge should be used so it can't serve as an addition movement tech if its going to one shot, jolt, suppress, burn....

Perhaps. One subclass on each specifically designed as such. Ironically, you can build into more ways to make your abilities one shot on those mentioned classes. But it requires that you are literate.
