Disconnecting midmatches won't get you banned.
Using macros for AFK farming surely can.

Oh. I see what i did wrong then, but is it able to be lifted still? Cause it doesn't say that it's a perma ban, so am i banned for a month or how does bans in destiny work?

Bans are all permanent in Destiny, unless your ban gets lifted (which, in your case, is highly unlikely). You can appeal here https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction
