    It's a really long poem written in the 8th or 9th century...I think. Pretty much everyone dies but Roland. It's like the 300 but instead of Spartans they're Franks. Edit: Correction, it was written in the 11th century.

    Bungie has been using references to the Song of Roland for a long time. So I figured why would they stop now in Destiny. They'll probably continue to do it as long as they're making games. Oh yeah, and they love the number 7 too.
