As others have already mentioned, inventory, collections, triumphs, etc, are account bound. If you wish to start completely fresh, you can make a secondary Xbox account (MS accounts are free), and use that new account to play Destiny 2. While Bungie does not directly support license sharing, you should be able to access all licensed content that you already own on your primary Xbox account, while playing on the same console with the secondary account. Licensed content would be the expansions, such as Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, and Witch Queen. While you mentioned that you have never purchased silver or season passes, I’ll add the following information just for clarity: Season passes, dungeon access keys, and silver, would only be accessible on the purchasing account. So if you wanted access to those in-game purchase items on a specific account, you would need to buy them for/on that account.
