Vault and collections are tied to the account so if you want those gone you need a new account.

Like create a new account on whatever system you're using which yes would require you to re-buy the dlc.

bungie are messed up and didnt get “no time to explain” gun. but some other quests too….i guess i don’t like bungie cause they changed everything, removed, etc…
