Who seriously grinds gambit? Like are there seriously players that log onto destiny just to play gambit? I have to know!!! If so, whats your thought process like? What makes it fun?

I play it habitually on occasion. I’m still chasing my god roll for Herod-C and I wouldn’t mind a new Servants leader with the trait. Gambit isn’t a bad game mode.

14 gambit resets this season. It’s fun when you go in and try not being super competitive. Good place to try out builds with hoards of ads etc.

I do what must be done for a weapon

I do but only the bare minimum three games for character, and the for the ornament for the season Sal challenging. Otherwise it’s a boring experience but that’s just me, I know there are many people who love that game mode.

I plat every single week with the same group. There are 4 of us, so we play a ton of gambit. It's super fun in a 4 stack. We designate roles, have callouts, work together to repel the invader, etc. Gambit is actually a lot of fun tactically. It gets especially fun when we are up against another 4 stack that is also coordinated and trying.

I’m glad you enjoy it but looking at your game history I wouldn’t say you play a ton, you play about3-4 per week.

It's come down a bit for sure. There was a period where we'd play more. Plus we are all in our 40s with career and life stuff. Side note, super wierd flex to check my history and judge how much gambit I consider "a lot"

Plus your clan seems a lot more active than mine.

My clan is 5 of us haha. But we are all friends in real life and have been for a long time. I rarely play solo. I just log in when some of my buddies happen to be on.

I am same as you dude, four kids so my gaming time has dramatically decreased. No more pvp sessions until 4am

honestly, not giving a damn and playing with friends doing dumb things, use the xp week to the get ranks ups and thats pretty much it just playing with friends and doing weekly tasks
