I’ve been wrongfully restricted and I don’t know why.
First off I don’t cheat and have no need to, I don’t even leave matchmaking games because I’m to scared to get restricted. I’m just a typical PS5 player who has been restricted twice now, first a 2 week restriction and now a 2 month restriction and that has been in this season. Last season I didn’t have this issue.
I see on the internet that there have been a wave of net limiting false bans and I believe I am one of those people as I have pretty stable internet as all my Australian and American friends alike connect to my lobbies without a issue.
I do believe that because I don’t have a following bungie just doesn’t care and will not Investigate my restrictions. I’m hoping that this will get some attention, either by a bungie employee or someone that can help me.

6 RepliesA restriction is not a ban so net limiting is not the issue. Restriction that go from 2 weeks to 2 months is because of bad internet (lag) don't click the message away so soon next time because they inform you what the problem is. For you it can look like youre internet is fine but for someone else you can be al over the place. Do you play on WiFi?
